E-Marketing Solutions Sapphire Bioscience has been using eMarket Solutions since February 2010 to send email newsletters. I found the software very easy to learn to use, and with Warren’s invaluable help, it took no time to become an efficient user. The customer support has always been fast and effective. I am impressed by the great features of the software: the ability to view the newsletter in different email programs; the Email Campaign statistics and especially the Split Test Statistics which allows you to objectively select the better of two versions of a newsletter; the ability to get a template custom built or to build your own template; having your own IP address helps manage email bounces; and being based in Australia is a real plus.
