What happens is when you cut and paste from Microsoft Word and some other application some of the formatting code can be imported into our code which will cause a conflict leaving you unable modify some fonts and formatting.

To solve this copy the text into notepad if using windows or textedit on a MAC first and then copy it into our email software editor that will strip out any formatting.
