Im trying to process bounced emails and I get the server error: Certificate Failure for mail.mydomain.com: self signed certificate...

This error means that your POP3 server  is trying to use an ssl certificate for authentication. However, you can actually ignore this warning and still have bounce processing work.

When entering in your POP3 mail account settings on the process bounced emails page, select the "Use extra mail settings" option and try the following, one at a time, in order:
  • /novalidate-cert
  • /notls
  • /nossl
  • /notls/nossl

Depending on your server, it will be one of the above, NOT all of them. Try each one in order until one of them works.
