Yes, personalised emails use what we refer to as "Custom Fields". Custom fields can be created from the CONTACT LISTS >> CUSTOM FIELDS tab and you can then import this data to add to your email newsletters or webforms.

You can add this data to your newsletters eg, Dear Warren etc by going to the insert custom field box or Dynamic content box at the bottom the the email editor. This will give you a popup of all the fields available to you to insert into your email marketing newsletter.
