When I was researching email list management software I didn’t really know where to start. I soon found a number of providers charging an amount per message or per subscriber that would result in a hefty bill each month. Then I came across eMarket Solutions and at just $49 a month I kept asking myself…..why are these guys so cheap? How can they afford to offer everything I need but at a fraction of the price of their competitors? So I gave the free trial a go since there was literally nothing to lose. And from the moment my trial started I have been nothing but impressed. The backend is pretty straightforward, the stats available are great and their customer service is sensational, with almost every email answered to my satisfaction within minutes.

Having transferred from a freeware mail management program that used simple text emails, we now get a much better response to our newsletter campaigns.

Customer Care started to use eMarket solutions three months ago to reduce costs by bringing the campaign in house from an external agency. The weekly campaign was up and running within a couple of days thanks to the immediate response and support from Warren.
